Return & Refund Policy

At Amplitap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as when received

Be unused, unworn, and with all original tags

Be returned in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please note:
We cannot accept returns if the item is damaged, lost, or broken due to misuse. We are also not responsible for damages caused by the courier. Any damage related to transit should be addressed directly with the courier service.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Support@amplitap.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Customers located outside the United Kingdom should note that return shipping may take longer depending on location.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return for store credit and placing a new order for the replacement item.

Please note:
A re-delivery fee will apply to all exchanges.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please email Support@amplitap.com immediately with your cancellation request.

If your order has already been fulfilled or 6 hours have passed, we will be unable to cancel it. In that case, you may return the item once it arrives.
